A new year with new tricks, as they say. 2015 was a year of both successes and failures for retail but it looks like this year’s going to be promising, to say the least.

Each January, Retail’s Big Show by NRF is one of the events that puts forward a number of new initiatives by the retail industry. Looking at this year’s program highlights, it looks like 2016 will not fall short of new tricks compared to last year.

We at Walkbase will continue our tradition to contribute to the show. As a new feature to this year, continuing the Walkbase Educational Series, we have created a program of seven expert sessions. These sessions will showcase what we’ve learned on retailers improving their business results and store earnings through new approaches to in-store customer behaviour analytics.
