Walkbase & Samsung to launch game changing advertising play

In a week's time, Walkbase will be hosting its UK Launch event at the Finnish Ambassador’s residence in London. I am tremendously excited by what we have in store for guests at this prestigious venue and there is no better place to launch our game changing retail-advertising solution, with our partner Samsung.   

The take up on tickets has been incredible; we are delighted to have guests joining us from Sainsburys, Ted Baker, RBS, Honda, Mothercare, Burberry, Lloyds, Topshop and many other incredible retail brands.  

The evening will kick off with a message from our CEO, Tuomas Wuoti, who will set the scene for the evening, watch out for a guest appearance from a titan of the mobile industry.  Following the welcome, Samsung’s Judith Swan and Walkbase’s Adrian James will present our new Advertising solution that promises to deliver new revenue streams for Retailers in their battle to monetise retail space.  

Our headline speaker is Arcadia’s Alex Hanson who will talk the audience through Topshop’s learnings, focussing on how to use data to change store formats and increase conversion through measuring new technology and staffing changes. Walkbase’s Ed Armishaw will join Alex on stage, and will continue the theme to illustrate how this data can be used to increase conversion and enhance customer experience across retail, branches and showrooms.

If that wasn't enough to entertain our audience we will be serving drinks on the Ambassador’s lawn after the session, provided by Kyrö Distillery Company (recently voted the world's best Gin).

We are reawakening the retail dinosaur with data at Walkbase, this launch event represents a huge milestone in its progression. We look forward to welcoming you there.
