London Expansion For Walkbase Retail Analytics

Walkbase, the leading retail analytics and indoor positioning company, is expanding its UK operations with a new London office.

Adrian James joins Walkbase as Vice President of Sales and UK Managing Director while Ed Armishaw comes on board as Head of Customer Acquisition.

"Expanding our UK operations with new staff not only better serves our existing customers but opens more sales opportunities for Walkbase. Both Adrian and Ed bring with them a wealth of prior experience to the company. They have a comprehensive understanding of the UK and European markets, and are valuable additions to the Walkbase team" says Wuoti.

Adrian James comes to Walkbase after a long involvement with digital marketing, and a successful career as a direct marketer. He held senior positions at Oracle, Siebel and Adobe before moving to work with cloud-based startups and early stage growth businesses. He was Managing Director for Europe, Middle East and Africa of SiteTagger and Ensighten prior to joining Walkbase. Adrian is also a guest lecturer at his alma mater, Glasgow University.

"Digitally driven clients have immediately understood the value of being able to produce rich data similar to their web analytics for their physical stores, and combine it with online data to deliver contextual beacon messaging" he says.

Ed Armishaw comes to Walkbase after nine years working for the UK's three largest telecoms operators Vodafone, EE and Telefonica. He has built his career in commercial and sales roles with global retailers, including notable relationships and deals with Starbucks, House of Fraser, WH Smiths and Marks & Spencer.
